Places of Interest is a simple to use application for storing location and appointments. They are then able to be viewed based on your current location. Use your phone's camera to give a real time augmented virtual view. Find your car, locate places to visit, plan appointments all with real world navigation. Places can either be searched for or dropped anywhere on a map with a simple click. You are able to see your places on a map or through your camera and generate a route to them. With our real time route deviation software you are always on track. The advanced direction system can rotate the map to point in the direction you are heading. Once places and appointments are created, you can choose which ones you wish to view on the Augmented Reality page and the Places page. Ideal for: People visiting a new city and finding places with ease. Storing appointments you know the location for, with integration to your calendar. Simply finding your car or bike. Anyone wishing to store important locations with simple to use routing. Main Features: Using the iPhone 3D Touch to add places with a press of the App Icon ( if supported ) Using GPS, Compass and Gyroscope data to find your stored places relative to your location. Using your Camera view to give a real world ( Augmented Reality ) view of any geographic location. Using location data to improve the navigation direction accuracy of the routing when you are moving. At 3Cloud Design we have a passion for geographic data and hope to use it more in future applications. Notes: Ensure you enable the Camera and Location Services, or the application will not work. The compass accuracy can be influenced by magnetic fields, the application is set-up to enable automatic calibration. The Augmented Reality directional accuracy may be impaired if it is not calibrated.
